Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation and Dispatch
After ordering your Perv sunglasses online, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. If you order before 2pm we will endeavor to get your order out the same day. Orders after 2pm AEST will be shipped the following day.
Shipping – Australian Deliveries
We ship via Star Track Express and depending where you are in Australia, delivery will be within 1-3 working days. Once dispatched from our warehouse, Star Track Express will endeavour to email you with details of the delivery which you will be able to track online at www.startrackexpress.com.au
Where possible, please provide a suitable daytime address where your parcel can be signed for between 9am and 5pm. A work address (please include company name), or an address that someone will be at the whole day is best. If you are unable to give an address where someone is able to sign for the parcel, Star Track Express has been given an authority to leave your parcel (please see details below).
** Please note – we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Authority to Leave
Payment for your order is deemed to be your ‘authority to leave’.
If there will be no-one available to sign for the package on delivery or no-one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, our courier company has been given an “authority to leave’ the parcel at the specified shipping address. If you know you wont be home, please reply to our confirmation email and give clear instructions of where to leave your parcel and the courier will do their best to follow these instructions.
If the parcel is left by the courier, Perv Eyewear holds no responsibility if the parcel then goes missing from the shipping address as ‘authority to leave’ is deemed as a signature of the recipient.

Shipping – International Deliveries
International orders are sent via Australia Post. There are two options for sending your parcel.
1. Air Mail – please note there is no tracking service available when you choose this option. Perv Eyewear holds no responsibility if your parcel goes missing using this shipping method.
2. Registered Air Mail – your parcel can be tracked using this slightly more expensive method and a signature will be required on delivery. Perv Eyewear guarantees all parcels that are sent via Registered International Air Mail.

Refund & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at shop@perveyewear.com.au within five days of receiving the goods if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Perv Eyewear will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
